VEINZ Return Policy

At VEINZ, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our clothing. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
    Returns requested after 2 days will not be accepted.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original VEINZ tags must be attached and intact.
    Returns will NOT be accepted if the tag has been removed—no exceptions.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items without original tags.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or washing.

  • Items returned after the 2-day window.

  • Sale or discounted items marked as Final Sale.

 Refunds:

  • If you would like to return your item, a ₹149 return processing fee will be deducted.
    Once the return request is approved and the item is received back in its original condition:
    • A store credit (gift card) will be issued within 10 business days.
    • The store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website.

 Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 How to Return:

  1. Email us at [veinzstudio11@gmail.com] within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.

  3. Package your item securely and return it using a trackable shipping method.

Important: VEINZ reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
